January 17, 4:35 a.m., 6.7. I live in Northridge now and then. I will never forget that morning. For a few seconds I thought it was the end of the world. Then I heard my kids screaming “Mom.” Took a few minutes to get to their bedrooms. We survived.

Solicitation materials are expected to be mailed to all creditors entitled to vote on the Plan no later than January 24, 2013. A hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan is currently scheduled for February 28, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
