Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society (Sept. 26, 2017 – City Club, Los Angeles)

Email this morning from Misty Perry Isaacson:

Good morning colleagues.  I hope you all had a wonderful time at the Ninth Circuit’s Judicial Conference in San Francisco last week.  For those of you who were unable to attend, we missed you.

Please see the attached Save the Date and Sponsorship flyers that I received from the Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society (“NJCHS”) regarding their upcoming gala event set for September 26, 2017 at the City Club in Los Angeles.  Tickets and sponsorship are also available off their website.

I am told that the Gala promises to be a fun evening as they celebrate heroes of the Japanese American Incarceration on its 75th Anniversary, with Judges Tashima and Patel, and a sneak preview of the film “Go for Broke,” about the Japanese Americans who bravely served in the 100/442nd Infantry in WWII, honoring those who stood up for what they believed in.

I am also informed the NJCHS has extended a special offer of a free year’s membership in the NJCHS to any Lawyer Rep who attends the Gala!!  Should you have any additional questions and/or are interested in a sponsorship opportunity, do not hesitate to contact NJCHS’s executive director, Robyn Lipsky.   Her contact information can be found below.
