SFVBA Program on Recent Tentative Opinions from the Woodland Hills Judges – September 30, 2016

Dear All:

 This Friday, our panel will answer one of your most pressing questions: How is the judge going to rule on my matter and why?  Okay, they won’t answer exactly that question but they will answer something close to that.

 On Friday, September 30th at 12 noon a well experienced attorney panel will look at recent tentative opinions from the Woodland Hills judges, consider the facts and law which these judges faced, discuss how the judges reached their tentative decisions and then try to draw conclusions about the judges, conclusions which you can then use to try to figure out how to handle your particular matter. This program is known for a lot of discussion and contribution from attending attorneys.

 The panelists are Lewis Landau, Richard Brownstein and David Shevitz. They have a lot to offer. The handout will be generous. The food for lunch will be good.  Here are the particulars for the program:
