A message from our President:
As incoming President of the James T. King Southern California Bankruptcy Inn of Court, I am very excited to announce a few changes for the upcoming membership year. Bankruptcy Judge Scott Clarkson, will be this year’s Program Moderator. We are enthusiastic to have his wealth of knowledge and experience as we dive into complex topics this year. Our topics will mostly focus on Chapter 11 matters, Chapter 12 and Healthcare Cases. We have great venues this year as we will kick off the year at Judge Robles’s home, then the California Club, the Jonathan Club, Chapter 7 Trustee Wes Avery’s home and my home. We are proud of the current and past members that attend each year and ask that you please join early. We also encourage you to bring a guest or two! – Tamar Terzian

The Bankruptcy Inn of Court is dedicated to fostering excellence, professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills in the practice of bankruptcy law for judges, lawyers, academicians, and students
The Inn is scheduled to meet 6 times a year on the following dates and locations:
October 15, 2019 – Hon. Ernest Robles Home, Pasadena
November 19, 2019 – Taix Restaurant, Los Angeles
February 13, 2020/ TBD (BAP Meeting) – Jonathan Club, Downtown Los Angeles
March 10, 2020 – California Club, Downtown Los Angeles
May 12, 2020 – Wesley Avery’s Home, Glendale
June 9, 2020- Tamar Terzian’s Home, Pasadena

Our meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. for a social hour then, 6:30 p.m. for presentation and dinner
MCLE credit is offered at all our meetings
